Terms and Conditions.
We aim to despatch small spares items within 2 days from receiving your order. If goods are no longer in stock you will be informed upon us receiving your order. If ordering an amplifier, please be aware that they are custom built to order and can take up to 6 weeks (usually 2 / 4 weeks). Once you have placed your order through the website we will email to confirm specifications required, i.e colour, speakers etc.
Please provide your full address including telephone number for despatch, as items could be held back by the courier without this.
In the UK
Delivery is handled by TNT. Items will aim to be delivered by next day service from despatch.
Outside the UK
Delivery is handled by TNT. Items within Europe will aim to be delivered within 1 week from despatch. Items outside of Europe will aim to be delivered within 2 weeks from despatch.
I have not received my order how can I check?
Please contact our office with details of your order and this can be checked for you.
I need to report a problem with my order / delivery

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. For fitted parts and perishable products, we do not accept returns. Valves/Tubes have a 90 day warranty if fitted and used under normal operating conditions. Other products have a 12 Month warranty for parts and labour unless stated otherwise.
If your Item is found to be faulty in the first 7 days, we will arrange for the return and replace your Item free of charge. After this period, the guarantee covers repair or replacement excluding any postal charge.
We accept payment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo and Maestro.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to JMI have cleared in full.
Where can I find the security code on my card?
The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card. This will either be a 3 digit code printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card or, in the case of Amex, a 4digit number printed on the front of the card, above the account number.
